Referrer - the person who provides their friends contact details to Saltwater Coast
Referred Customer - the person referred to Saltwater Coast by the referrer

Both the Referrer and the Referred Customer must be registered with FKP. In order to validly claim the $1000 debit card, the Referrer must have already purchased and settled an allotment in Saltwater Coast or must purchase and settle an allotment in Saltwater Coast in stages 7, 8, 10, 16 or 11 no later than 1 April 2012 AND the Referred Customer must purchase and settle on an allotment in stages 7, 8, 10, 16 or 11 from 1 December 2011 to no later than 1 April 2012. The offer is not open to builders, investment companies or any other entities or body that holds an ABN. The offer is only available subject to settlement and will be issued once settlement has occurred. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Referrer and Referred Customer acknowledge that they may be contacted by FKP in the future and that any information they provide will be treated with the strictest of confidence. Funds on the debit card cannot be exchanged for cash or as a discount on a lot. This promotion expires on 1/4/2012. A debit card may become void and may not be redeemed if it is defaced, stolen, damaged, altered or otherwise damaged or tampered with in any way. Neither Saltwater Coast, FKP or its related entities will be liable for any remaining dollar value on any debit card which is defaced, altered or otherwise damaged or tampered with in any way or lost or stolen.
